These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Agents by KatlystAI and the related website, dashboard, and services (collectively, the “Service” or "Product" or "Platform").

What Pulse Agent™ Does

Pulse Agent™ analyzes business signals, interprets patterns, and surfaces insights to support faster decision-making. It may provide recommendations, summaries, alerts, or actions based on connected data sources. These insights are suggestions - final decisions stay with you. Pulse Agent™ is software, not a human advisor.

Eligibility & Accounts

By accessing the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the platform on behalf of yourself or your organization.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for any activity performed under your login.

  • You are at least 18 years old or legally able to form a binding contract.

Your Content & Data

  • Customer Content: You own your data, inputs, uploaded files, and connected source information.

    You grant KatlystAI a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.


  • Outputs: Except where governed by third-party content terms, you own the insights and messages generated for you by Pulse Agent™.


  • You agree not to upload or connect content you don’t have rights to use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, send, or automate unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive content.

  • Violate data-protection, privacy, anti-spam, or communication-compliance regulations.

  • Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or security bypass attempts.

  • Disrupt service performance, exceed rate limits, or engage in misuse of automation.

We may suspend access for violations of this policy.

Human Oversight & Autonomy Modes

Pulse Agent™ offers multiple control modes:

  • Insight-Only - Pulse analyzes and reports, no automated action.

  • Assist Mode - You review and approve suggested tasks or messages before execution.

  • Automated Mode (Guardrails) - Pulse acts automatically under configured boundaries (timings, exclusions, keywords, thresholds).

You may switch modes at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Integrations & Third-Party Services

Pulse Agent™ may connect with calendars, messaging tools, CRMs, collaboration systems, and cloud applications (collectively, “Third-Party Services”).

  • Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their own terms and security policies.

  • KatlystAI is not responsible for outages, data loss, service changes, or breaches originating from those services.

  • You authorize Pulse Agent™ to interact with those systems within your configured permissions (for example: send alerts, sync data, trigger workflows).

Security & Privacy

We apply industry-standard security and encryption to protect your data. Additional deployment options - including on-prem, private cloud, or isolated environments - may be available depending on plan tier. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
